Non-customized products-We want you—and thousands of our other customers around the world—to be thrilled with your new piece of art! So, in the unlikely event you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply return it in good condition within 30 days for a speedy refund… or for your choice of replacement piece. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of receipt of returned art. It couldn’t be easier!
Customized products– Due to the nature of custom handcrafted artwork, we cannot offer full refunds on customized products. Instead, we offer a 50% store credit for all custom handmade items in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This is our way of keeping our customers secured. We aren’t looking to make any profit on returns or exchanges.

:::Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item:::
Any items listed at founddream.com, regardless of the guarantee offered, dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (for those untraceable shipment)
In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
• The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
• The photos or video of the defective item(s)
In a DOA situation, we (seller) will redo and reship the customized items if the buyer still needs the items, otherwise we will refund the whole order.
:::Replacement of Incorrect/Defective Item Received:::
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, or the item is in defective, please contact us and provide the proofs.
If replacement is necessary, we(seller) will undertake the cost of re-production and re-shipment .
For the defective but still acceptable item, if you wish to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.
After receiving the incorrect/defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
If you are not happy for other reasons than quality issue with your purchase, we are so sorry that we cannot reuse the customized items or resell them to other customers. So please confirm the mockup we make and send to you before we arrange a formal production.

Refunds will be credit through PayPal or the payment methods of original order.
If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. In case of damage or empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the charges for the empty package.
